IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
We aim to deliver your plants within 10 working days although there may be delays during extreme busy periods ( Mid April to Mid July) .
We use an overnight service to ensure your plants arrive as healthy as they left us.
Please contact us directly at the Nursery or via email for any special arrangements or preferred delivery dates. We will try our best to meet your requirements.
Once an order is placed you will receive confirmation of order followed by dispatch email detailing the scheduled delivery date.
Postage Costs - Our UK Delivery Zones
In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its orignal packaging within 30 days. Please note it is your responsibility to return the plant.
All orders within zone 1 will be shipped using 24 hour service to ensure the plants arrive as healthy as they left us. We take great care with our packaging to ensure the product arrives with you exactly as it left. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, products/consignments can be damaged in transit. If you believe this to be the case please inform us immediately upon receipt, sign the delivery note quoting “damaged product“. We will then ask you to send us photographic evidence so we can forward to the courier company. On receipt of the photographs we will arrange collection/replacement or refund.
If you receive a plant that you believe is in bad condition when you take it out of the box, contact us immediately. We will then ask you to send us a photograph to show the condition upon arrival. Provided you have contacted us within 10 days of receipt and provided photographs of the defective plant we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. We will arrange for the collection of the plant.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging within 30 days. Please note if you return the item because you have simply changed your mind you will not be refunded any postage costs. Please bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. If you choose a nice leafy-looking deciduous shrub in the winter, remember it's going to turn up looking pretty bare. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it, just that it's out of season and will perk up when the weather does. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. If an item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
