Lemon Tree With Fruit 10 Litre. Beautiful Plants Four Seasons Lemon tree. These trees have been carefully trained to grow around a wooden frame they are super plants, that look amazing approximately 80 to 90cm tall above the pot. As the name suggest four seasons lemon trees produce flowers and fruit all year so there should be signs of fruit at all times. Contrary to reports Lemon trees will withstand some frost, these plants are grown under cover without protection in Northern Italy where night time temperatures during the winter months can get pretty low, that being said in our opinion these plants will do better if kept indoors during the winter months and bad weather.
What to expect: Your Lemon tree will arrive in a 10 litre/ deco pot, with a height excluding the pot of 80 to 90cm and will look exactly like the pictures, taken November. As we touched on earlier these plants continually produce fruit throughout the year, so will always arrive with with varying amounts of fruit or flowers.
Lemon trees are an easily maintained plant that require very little attention. They are happy outside in summer months placed in a warm sunny spot sheltered from strong winds. Once the temperature drops to around 5.c they will need to placed indoors. Ideal spot is conservatory where its warm and bright. Water at regular intervals, making sure you give the compost time to become relatively dry, they do not like constantly damp or wet soil. Feed twice a year with a liquid citrus feed.
Please note we pack these plants as tightly as possible and always send on a 24 hr overnight service. When ripe, fruits can become detached during transit this is no cause for concern they will soon be replaced with new Lemons. Any ripe Lemons that have become detached can go straight in the G & T!
