Monkey Puzzle Tree Araucaria Araucana 10 Litre: 80-100cm tall inc pot. Araucaria are highly decorative evergreen trees from the Southern Hemisphere, with whorled branches bearing spirally arranged leaves that are needle-like, triangular or scale-like, they are extremely sharp, so take care when opening the box! Mature Monkey Puzzle trees can bear cones on upper branches.

What to Expect: These are well established very healthy plants planted in a large 15 Litre/33 cm pot. They stand at approximately 80-100 cm tall excluding the pot, whilst no two of these plants are exactly the same, your purchase will look similar to the pictures.

Although Monkey Puzzle Trees are not particularly fast growing once established they will take up lots of space, please keep this in mind when planting, it is best kept away from paths where people might come into contact with the spikes, most importantly when considering a planting position is to put it somewhere where it can be seen and admired.
