Cedrus Libani Cedar Of Lebanon 30 Litre 150/175cm: A slow growing large evergreen conifer originating from the mountainous regions of the near east, mainly as the name suggests Lebanon but also Turkey and Syria, rightly considered to be one of the true cedars and one of the best for tolerating extreme cold. Whilst slow to mature, in time these trees can reach in excess of 30 metres with a spread of approximately 15, this is long term and realistic heights after 20 years are approximately 8 metres, keep this in mind when planting, Cedrus Libani should be given plenty of growing space. Best suited to a bright sunny spot in relatively dry ground.

What to expect: These are lovely well established trees standing at approximately 150/175cm above the pot, in large 30 litre pots, photos are autumn 2020 stock.

Soil: Well drained

Planting position: Full sun to light partial shade

Foliage: Green

Q) You overview states suitable for pot planting is this correct?

A) In early years yes but as long term plant then in time it will outgrow any pot and will need to go in the ground.
