Standard 150cm Stem Loropetalum Chinense Fire Dance Extra Large 35 Litre:: Fire Dance forming a bushy mound of evergreen flowering purple foliage. This beautiful stand out shrub produces bright pink flowers in early spring or in milder areas from late winter. Hardy for the UK, excluding the far north, whilst offically classed as evergreen we would class more semi evergreen ( this is our personal opinion based on our own experience in our own garden) they do loose some colour and a small amount of foliage but as soon as the temperatures pick up the transformation over a very short time is incredible. In our opinion they are best planted in a sheltered spot away from the worst of the winter weather. Suitable for pots and borders in well drained moist slightly acidic soil.
