Extra Large Trachelospermum Jasminoides 12 Litre. Star Jasmine Plant. Established Plants 250/275cm in 12 Litre Pots. Trachelopsermum Jasminoides is not actually of the Jasmine family, it is often confused as such for its common name of Star Jasmine. This elegant evergreen climber bears thousands of pure white heavily scented , star-shaped flowers throughout summer on twining woody stems. Year round foliage is glossy green foliage and turns deep red and bronze through autumn, this form the perfect backdrop for its dramatic blooms which perfume the air with a fantastic  sweet fragrance. A great addition to a scented patio garden or grown against a sheltered wall for a truly glamorous display. Size at maturity can be upto 6 metres high with a 3 metre spread, however plants are easily manipulated if you prefer sideways growth rather than upright, this is particularly useful when training the plants to grow on a trellis.

*Please note if we cannot deliver the plants personally and we send by courier we will have to cut the growing cane (not the actual plant) at 2m inclusive of pot.

Planting climber, having suitable support for your climber is essential. Do not plant too close to a retaining wall or fence as this will cause the plant to dry out. To prevent this, plant at least a foot away and at roughly a 45-degree angle leaning back towards the support structure. Once planted, compact soil mixture around the base for extra support and water well.
