The planted trough is a perfect instant hedge and very easy to maintain. The beauty of buying hedging in a trough is they are, typically, 2/3 seasons ahead of rootball. The plants are 2 years in the ground then a further 1 year in the trough. There are enough nutrients in the trough to help the plants for another 1/2 Season.
What to expect: Your Carpinus trough will arrive planted in a 100cm long, 20cm width trough, it will have an overall height inclusive of pot of approximate 120cm. The trough is made up of 5 Carpinus plants. It will look exactly like the picture.

As a general rule we deliver to most postcodes south of the nursery in the Cotswolds and if heading north upto approximately Manchester and Leeds, areas outside of this the plants will be delivered on a pallet.
