Trough hedging can be planted at any time of year, although Autumn to Spring is the best time to plant.
Feed still within in the growing media will give nutrients to the plants well into the next growing season, for continued strong growth.
The Native hedge is happy to grow in most soil conditions. Great for increasing biodiversity in an area and are encouraged for sustainability and environmental benefits.
Good security as thorn and sloe are spiky.
What to expect: Your trough will arrive planted in a 100cm long, 20cm width trough, it will have an overall height inclusive of pot of approximate 110cm. The trough is made up of Thorn, Hazel, Maple and Sloe. We have included images taken now and in the Summer months.
These plants have to be delivered by ourselves or by pallet, delivery method will be confirmed in the checkout process. As a general rule we deliver to most postcodes south of the nursery in the Cotswolds and if heading north upto approximately Manchester and Leeds, areas outside of this the plants will be delivered on a pallet.
