Green Leylandii Hedging Plants 200/225cm 25 Litre pot: Leylandii, also known as Leyland cypress, is a popular evergreen tree that is widely cultivated for its fast growth and dense foliage. It is a hybrid species, resulting from the crossbreeding of different types of cypress trees. Leylandii trees are characterised by their tall, columnar shape and feathery, soft foliage.
One of the key features of Leylandii is its rapid growth rate, making it an ideal choice for creating privacy screens or windbreaks in landscaping. With proper care and optimal growing conditions, these trees can grow several feet per year, reaching impressive heights. They have a dense branching structure that provides excellent coverage and creates a thick wall of greenery.
Leylandii trees have a rich, vibrant green colour that lasts year-round, adding beauty and visual appeal to any landscape. They are also relatively low-maintenance, requiring minimal pruning and upkeep. However, it is important to note that Leylandii trees can grow quite large, so regular trimming may be necessary to prevent them from becoming overly tall or wide.
Due to the height of these plants makes it impossible for us to deliver them by courier and can only be delivered in one of our vehicles so we cannot deliver nationwide. As a rough guide we deliver to all destinations south of our nursery in the Cotswolds and upto approximately Manchester and Leeds if heading north.
