We are a family run nursery in the heart of the Cotswolds and pride ourselves supplying quality plants and great customer service. Buying online can be pretty daunting so we have decided to deliver as many of the plants ourselves, which means you the customer receives more of a personal service. We have a number of vans that deliver around the country and for areas that are a little too far, we have a handful of couriers that will take care of your plants on an overnight service. I was blown away by this company
I was blown away by this company. Ordered a hydrangea, and Julie has emailed me saying my chosen colour is not looking it’s best, and offered a replacement or refund.
She showed me pictures of what was in stock and let me pick, as if I was there in the nursery picking.
My chosen bush was delivered 7am the next day, and it looks amazing.

Excellent. I’ve bought a number of incredibles from Charella and the service is always exceptional. I know during this order they were having some IT issues but still the staff were amazing.
The delivery was fast and the gentleman I spoke to had everything in hand. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Charella.

Absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Charella Gardens.
I ordered a 150/175cmsBlack Bamboo in an 18lt pot from Charella's easy to understand website. Received an acknowledgement immediately with a delivery date indicated within days. It was delivered in the morning of the day stated by a cheery and helpful driver right to my front door. Not contained in one of those boxes which end up doing damage rather than protecting plants. The delivery cost was extremely fair and reasonable and the cost of the Bamboo Plant very good value. By the way the plant itself is in excellent condition ! I got a good feel about these people as soon as I discovered their website and I was not wrong. Recommended.Date of experience: 10 January 2023
Brilliant Company. This was the first time I had ordered…
This was the first time I had ordered from Charella Gardens and would like to recommend them. From placing my order to delivery was excellent.
I received emails with updates regarding as to how the the order was progressing, which was placed on a Monday and delivered on the Thursday of that week.
The delivery gentleman was very good and took care with the shrubs I had ordered. The shrubs were well packaged and of excellent quality.
I will certainly order from Charella Gardens again and can highly recommend
