Grape Vine Plant Vitis Vinifera Red Grapes 5 Litre: Our Vitis plants are all approximately 5 years old and fully winter hardy, this guarantees it will produce fruit immediately, as can be seen in our pictures, they was taken June 2017, fruit is in the early stages of ripening. These plants produce large bunches of dark red grapes, they are suitable for eating, juicing or even making your own wine, the plants are fully hardy for the Uk environment. 

What to expect: Your plant will arrive with an actual plant size of 80cm plus. The vines will be growing around a trellis. Depending on the time of year purchased it will look just like the picture, with grapes. The pictures were taken June 2017, grapes are still quite small but get much larger quickly, so will sure to be bigger when they arrive with you. 

Planting Position: Suitable for a wide range of areas of the garden, preferably in full sun through to dappled shade, an excellent choice to plant against a trellis or against a wall

Soil: Any free draining damp soil but not waterlogged.

Suitable for container planting: Yes, this plant comes wrapped around its own trellis, this can be replaced with something bigger if you required

Eventual height and spread: 3 Metres maximum with a 7 metre spread.
