We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. During our busy periods there may be a slight delay. We deliver direct to your door via express courier using a 24 to 48 hour service to ensure the plants arrive as healthy as they left us. Once an order is placed you will receive confirmation of order followed by a dispatch confirmation email detailing scheduled delivery date.

Please take care when opening your packaging as the box will be needed if, for what ever reason, you need to return the plant.
All orders will be shipped using 24 or 48 hour service to ensure the plants arrive as healthy as they left us. We take great care with our packaging to ensure the product arrives with you exactly as it left. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, products/consignments can be damaged in transit. If you believe this to be the case please inform us immediately upon receipt, sign the delivery note quoting “damaged product “.We will then ask you to send us photographic evidence so we can forward to the courier company. On receipt of the photographs we will arrange collection/replacement or refund. Please take care when opening the box as the packaging wil be needed to return the plant.
WE ARE UNABLE TO COLLECT PLANTS UNLESS THEY ARE BOXED. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND BEFORE DESTROYING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging within 30 days. Please note if you return the item because you have simply changed your mind you will not be refunded any postage costs. Please note it is your responsibility to return the products. We will only arrange collection if the products are damaged.
If you receive a plant that you believe is in bad condition when you take it out of the box, contact us immediately. We will then ask you to send us a photograph to show the condition upon arrival. Provided you have contacted us within 30 days of receipt and provided photographs of the defective plant we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. If we are not notified of a problem within 30 days of arrival you are deemed to of accepted the plant and we accept no liability if it fails. You can return it within 30 days to receive a refund and replacement. Please make sure you return with its original packaging and quoting order number.
Please bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. If you choose a nice leafy-looking deciduous shrub in the winter, remember it's going to turn up looking pretty bare. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it, just that it's out of season and will perk up when the weather does. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. If an item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Whilst we endeavour to display photographs of our actual stock, these images are an indication of what you will receive. As plants are not manufactured products they may differ in shape or appearance.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you damaged (this is a very rare occurrence but accidents can happen) please make a note on the delivery drivers notes if you are requested to sign for it. It is important that you contact us within 1 working day of the item being delivered as the couriers require a report of damage within this time. It can also be helpful to us to send us photos of the damage we can forward to the couriers and this ensures we can help you with your issues as promptly as possible. Please take care when opening the plant as the packaging will be needed if we have to collect.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. When ordering via the internet, your credit card details will be entered on a secure page and tranferred via SSL encryption to SagePay, our payment provider.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
